The song references many Mandarin words as the plot of the song is about "learning" Chinese. Rin and GUMI wish to learn Chinese so they could say "wǒ ài nǐ" (I love you) to the person they admire, who is presumably a Chinese celebrity, and to be able to speak the same language as them. Thus, the duo form a fanclub dedicated to China as their obsession with the country gradually increases.
Rin seems to play the role of the student whereas Gumi is Rin's "teacher" due to her being knowledgeable of the language.
This song is featured in the EXIT TUNES compilation album Vocalosensation, and on Mikito-P's albums Vocalo Danshi Vocalo Joshi and Boku wa Hatsune Miku to Kiss wo Shita. It is also in the album VOCALOID 超BEST -memories-. A cover of the song by Hello, Happy World! is featured in the rhythm game BanG Dream! as a purchasable song.
This song has entered the Hall of Legend.
