"Hetakuso Yuutopia Seisaku" is Suzumu's third published original work. The song starts with the singer reminiscing about when she was little kid, when things were simpler and she could enjoy each moment, laughing at everything while following the rules. However, as the song progresses, the singer begins to wonder when she and her classmates forgot their childhood and began to become cynical and frustrated. Despite this, the singer continues diligently with her duties, studying without having any fun and filling her textbook with meaningless lessons and formulas, all in exchange for some praise and a bit of "life-sized" love. Finally, seeing that her teachers can't answer her questions, she realizes she has been doing what she was supposed to do at the expense of her own feelings. Now, choosing to live for herself, the girl removes her glasses and cuts her hair, declaring this change of appearance as a proof of her new diligent-but-defiant self.
A refined version of this song is featured on Suzumu's album Kebyou Ningen.
