The song is about a schoolgirl who is deeply in love with her "Romeo". Her parents disapprove of the relationship so she lies constantly to keep their relationship in secret. The girl compares her situation with Juliet's forbidden romance, but instead of Juliet's tragic ending she wants to have a happy ending like Cinderella did.
At the end of the song, her situation is critical and her own lies are menacing her so she asks her "Romeo" to come and save her. Interestingly, near the end of the song it is hinted that possibly her relationship could have just been a fit of passion.
This is actually the combination of two different covers, one by Rin, and one by Len that were made by Yoiji. Both previous versions were removed, but their information is still available in their NND links.

A version with an improvised lyric done by Otouto no Ane after she heard the instrumental version of the original song. She had only ever heard the insturmental, and due to this, she don't know what the original song was about, so she invented her own story, lyrics, and melody.
The new lyrics talk about a love triangle between two childhood friends ("Romeo" and "Juliet") and a new girl ("Cinderella"). Although the girl (Juliet) had loved the boy (Romeo) since childhood, the new girl (Cinderella) quickly wins the boy's heart. Feeling displaced, the girl compares her tragedy with Juliet's and says goodbye to her loved one.
One of the Anima's "Another:" (アナザー：) parodies. As with the others, it shows the point of view of the male, in this case the "Romeo" from the original song.
Like the original song, the lyrics are ambiguous and can interpreted in different ways. At the end is hinted that the guy could just taking advantage of the girl, as the kanji from the last verse can be read as tabe (devour) or tasuke (save).
Like various of the Anima's "Another:" version, this song was quickly covered by various NND singers. Also KAITO's cover appeared along with various Nico Nico Choruses.
