Okay for this announcement, we need to establish a few things;

• Miku is not the best Vocaloid
• Miku is not the perfect Vocaloid
• Miku doesn't do everything better then the rest of the Vocaloids
• Miku does what she does better then most Vocaloids
• She became popular for a reason.

No Miku is not my favourite vocaloid, we have a love/hate relationship (I love to hate), but I acknowledge a LOT of things about her are respectable. And take note, as a English Vocaloid fan, I have every reason to fear her right now because of a English voicebank is coming right now.True she gets a lot of attention from other Vocaloids but she is the only true "Diva" so far for Voclaoid. The closet Voclaoid in terms of popularity? Thats Gumi. So voclaoids like IA have a LONG way to go before their up there with Miku. Comparisons between Miku and other Vocaloids will happen, she is the most famous. There wll be both love and hate for her because of her fame. :-/

Not everyone likes Sonic. Not Everyone likes Mario. Not everyone like Pikachu. Not everyone likes Miku. when you are a representative of something you get a lot of attention and a consquence a lot of hate as well as love. It happens.

Now for the point of this, okay. Everyone is going to make a dig at Miku sooner or later, and its fine to do so. However, if people start start taking things personnel, then Vocaloid wikia staff will step in and end a conversation there and then. You cannot continue it when we do. Things are fine with Miku hate since its going to happen anyway, just some folks like to make this personnel and a argument happens. This can happen with ANY Vocaloid, so Miku is not the exception here and the same appears for all Vocaloids, Miku is most likely going to be bashed hence why this announcement is particularly aimed at her.

Ditto... Comparisons with Miku are fine. Pretty much the same points to be made on it as the previous paragraph so I'm not going to repeat things here.

Kinda of knew this will happen with article comments though so its not something I wasn't prepared for. For now Its fine, I've seen worst on youtube comments sections; where arguments occur for some while before someone backs down and swallows their pride or is too lazy to continue the conversations.
