Background[]
"masquerade" is yuzuki's second VOCALOID song featuring IA. It is about a cynical princess who attends an evening masquerade ball. She meets a masked man, dances with him, and tries to find out who he really is, to no avail. In addition, she also believes that her prince does not really exist.
On the stroke of midnight, he disappears into the crowd but the princess will never forget their masquerade together.
