So the situation appears similar to 'vflower'. She was developed by YAMAHA, but it appears Gynoid is the one that has character rights. This happened with 'galaco', who is owned by YAMAHA, but was developed by Internet Co.'s team.
Shanghai HENIAN doesn't own Stardust, but they are affiliated with her development.
