OKAY. Here goes.
I've been editing some of the song pages recently and I've noticed a few things I'd like to comment on. I'm not trying to point fingers at anyone here; I'd just like to resolve a few things that have been bothering me.
First of all, preformance is not a word. It's spelled performance. Like this: P-E-R-F-O-R-M-A-N-C-E
Secondly, not every single derivatives section needs to have tabs. It's nice on pages with tons of derivatives, but for one with only two or three, it's over-organization.
Next... a lot of the new song pages consist of an infobox and the lyrics. Bam. No background, no derivatives, no mention of any VocaRan listings, no this-song-was-featured-in-whatever-Project-DIVA-game. There's a whole wikia for Vocaloid song lyrics, so... yeah.
Remember, it's nice to mention the albums a song has been included in, and VocaDB makes it very easy to find that info. Also, there's no style policy here, but it's widely accepted that album and game names should be written in italics.
Lastly, on ANY wiki, if something is mentioned twice only link the first mention of it. Although Hatsune Miku may be mentioned 5 times on a single page, her name should only be linked once.
Thanks for reading. Hopefully this will help make the Vocaloid Wikia a little better, and in turn make the information we share with the entire world more awesome. Every single user counts, no matter how you contribute.
