Dear Stage

AboutEdit

Moe Japan/Dear Stage are the developers of the VOCALOID3 Tone Rion. Moe Japan/Dear Stage came up with the concept of a "VOCALOID you can meet" the "fusion of a 2D VOCALOID and a 3D idol": Vocaloidol. Real idols from two different companies, MOGRA and Dear Stage, were to provide the voices of several Vocaloids. Alongside this, events would feature "Real VOCALOIDs" for fans to meet.[1][2]

The group was called "Vocaloidol" after "VOCALOID + idol". Tone Rion was the first of a group of 5 products that were originally planned.
